We'd run the test, and so far, it was successful! We're running something called a Team, and yes, you all know what one of those are.
You can aid us in our struggle, by joining our team. You'll get a major voice into what goes on in this place, and get to contribute something. We would suggest applying for this if you have loads of spare time to fill. You won't get paid for this, so wasting your time fruitlessly especially time when you could be doing homework or hanging out with friends isn't what we're aiming for.
Now, being part fo the team had many sides...you can be an artist for us...a writer for us, help advertise us, think of new things to put on, do research...there's even more if you think of your own idea on what you can do for our site.
As for meeting, we have a chat room we can meet in. The possible arrangements we can make are these:
ARRANGED TIME
The team mail the head of the site (Blade sister...unless things change) and say what time they can meet and when. Then the head will suggest a time by using all of the times given and work something out, and there will be compremises to see when the meeting can be arranged.
APPOINTMENT
This is by far the better option, more convenient for everybody.
The member requests a certain time, date and so fourth, and on that date, if the head can manage it, they will put fourth a point or a report on their progress.
These these are regular times, so either every two weeks of every month or something along those line you'll get an appointment and will get to meet the head and discuss things.
In general, it's just like an appointment with a teacher every so often. If you have nothing you want to put forward to the meeting ( A suggestion of what to do next or add or...whatever...) then you can make a report of how you are doing so far...if you need more time...if you can get it done quicker...or you want to modify the project you're doing...all that kind of news.
Also, if you come up with an idea and you can't wait, request for an immediate appointment and you should get it, or a compromise that's more immediate.
Written down it really does sound complicated doesn't it? Not worth the hassle....that thought could be going through your head right now...but really it isn't. This is just the meetings and they can be as often as you like (But lets not go too overboard with that and say once a year, shall we?)
If you have any questions about what it's like to be part of the team, why not ask the very first outsider to join the team as part of our experiment? If you do, be sure to put 'team questions' in the subject of the message, or it could be discarded because the e-mail is unknown or new to her.
There are loads of options open to you...if you can do something you think we will benefit from...then tell us. If you like designing characters...you could work for us...if you like drawing...you could work for us...all the credit goes to you, and not us. You could even have your own page on here (Depending on what you're doing that is)
